Le Stingray Project explore le concept de perception au travers d’installations dans des élément liquides.
Des visuels sont immergés dans l’eau, créant entre l’image et celui qui la regarde une couche en apparence invisible, mais qui distord la lumière, mettant en avant la vulnérabilité de nos sens et questionnant notre objectivité.
Created in Singapore, then deployed in Thailand and Australia, the Stingray-Project was intended to take Art outside of the traditional galleries. Exhibiting artwork from the most prestigious swimming pool to the most derelict ones, it also featured artistic installations under the sea, in ice blocs, and the in the back lanes of Sydney with a touch of performance art.
